The 12th session of the BioMatch Series, a program initiated in SIP for the purpose of promoting transfer and transformation of biomedical technologies from universities, took place in Shandong University in East China’s Shandong province recently, setting a bridge between the university’s research teams and potential partners.

The event started with an introduction to the Regional University-Industry Technology Transfer Center for Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou, Jiangsu), the organizer of the event, covering its functions, advantages and services for commercialization of universities’ R&D outcomes.
In the roadshow, 10 biotech projects from the university, respectively developed for anti-tumor, anti-aging, ecological protection and other purposes, were presented. The experts from SIP-based companies and investment organizations gave comments on the projects from multiple perspectives such as technical feasibility, market competitiveness and industrialization path, and offered advice for their commercialization.
