The recruiters from 10 SIP-based enterprises engaged in new-generation information technology, high-end manufacturing and other industries visited Zhengzhou University in North China’s Henan province on Oct 26, bringing 388 job vacancies to students from the university and other local schools.
The on-campus job fair was part of a recruitment program sponsored by SIP Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and organized by SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR), an HR service arm of SIP-based comprehensive real estate developer Sungent Group. Under the program, recruiters from SIP plan to visit 100 schools in 10 provinces to look for the talents they need.

The enterprises received a total of 506 resumes from the participating graduating students and invited 209 applicants for the next-round interviews.
The next day, the representatives from SIP authorities and enterprises attended the meeting with the leaders of Kaifeng Talent Exchange Center and the representatives from local vocational colleges at Kaifeng University, discussing details about collaborating in building a digital HR market and a collaboration base as well as carrying out targeted recruitment programs.

After the meeting, the representatives from SIP visited several local schools to learn about their talent cultivation modes and achievements.
